Your team competes. We move the horses.

Dedicated trucks and aircraft for teams heading to internationals — schedules built backwards from the vet check, equipment on carnets, papers stamped, grooms briefed. Experience up to Olympic level.

European shows reached by road with dedicated trucks — any venue, any schedule.

Backwards from the vet check

Competition logistics run on one immovable date: the horse inspection. We plan every journey backwards from it — arrival days early enough to recover, climate managed en route, rest built in, and a buffer for the things that never go to plan.

Teams get one contact who knows the entry list, the stable manager and the schedule. Riders ride; everything with wheels or paperwork is ours.

LA28 is closer than it looks

The Los Angeles 2028 Olympic equestrian events run 14–29 July at Santa Anita Park. Flights, USDA quarantine and ground logistics for Games-level movements are planned 12 to 18 months out — and capacity to the US West Coast is finite.

We handle FEI passports, health certificates, ATA carnets for tack and equipment, team feed and the return leg home. If your federation or stable is aiming for LA, the planning conversation should happen this season.

How a team movement works

Entries confirmed, planning starts

For championships and Games: 12–18 months ahead. For FEI circuit events: the earlier, the calmer.

Documents for horses and equipment

FEI passports checked, health certificates arranged, ATA carnets prepared for tack, tools and feed.

Travel

Dedicated trucks across Europe, charter or scheduled freighters intercontinental — grooms with the horses throughout.

On-site and home again

Delivery to venue stabling on schedule, and the return leg planned before you leave.
